Legal Disclaimers: By purchasing the tickets to attend the EBHS Class of 1996 20 Year Reunion (“Reunion”) you agree that you and your guests will abide by the rules and regulations of Middlesex County Parks and Recreation which is accessible in the link below. You agree that you will bear all responsibility for your actions and the actions of your guests and that you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of the Reunion and their successors and assigns, against all claims arising, directly or indirectly, from your conduct and the conduct of your guests. You further agree that by attending the Reunion you assume all risks associated with attending the Reunion at the event location and that you will indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of the Reunion and their successor and assigns from any and all claims arising from any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death or property damage resulting from your and your guest’s attendance at the Reunion.

Alcohol: You recognize that alcohol will be available at the event.  You agree that it will be your sole responsibility to ensure that any of your guests under the age of 21 will not consume any alcoholic beverage. You further agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of the Reunion and their successors and assigns from any and all claims for losses, damages, fees, fines, expenses, injuries or death, including claims by third parties, that directly or indirectly results from the consumption of alcohol by you or your guests at the Reunion.
